Your order should arrive within a week. Parcels are generally posted three times a week via Australia Post.

You will receive a tracking number.

Parcels are generally sent in prepaid Australia Post satchels or plain packaging with return address as BWI.

Your tracking number may not appear on the Australia Post website as active until the parcel is nearly at its destination. It depends how many times the parcel is scanned by Australia Post along the delivery route. 

On rare occasions the tracking states that your parcel has been delivered when it has only reached the final delivery driver. It has not actually been delivered.  Please allow one extra day for parcels to be delivered to you after you receive the final delivery notice.  Please contact us if your parcel does not then arrive.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia.
