We are only able to offer returns on Bedwetting Alarms, see details below.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Bedwetting Alarms
To be eligible for a return, your Bedwetting Alarm must still be in the sealed plastic pack, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be refunded for the Alarm less the cost of the DVD alone $49.00. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Other items
We are unable to accept returns on DVDs.
We are unable to offer returns on bedding products including waterproof bed pads and quilt covers due to health regulations.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. Please include your contact details in case we need to contact you.
Your refund should be processed within a week of it being received by us. You will be forwarded a copy of the receipt.
Faulty Goods
We only repair or replace items if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period. Please contact us by email at info@bedwettinginstitute.com.au with your purchase details.
We may be able to fix the problem over the phone or by email. If not you will need to return the item to us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
